“That’s Louis Armstrong. He was a very famous jazz musician who played the trumpet just like Shannon-sama! He was also a singer and a band leader, and a lot of us musicians really look up to him, because he was really talented and he loved music like we do. In this video he plays trumpet and sings with a jazz combo that’s got a drummer, a piano player, trombone, clarinet, vocalist and bass. If you like jazz or if you like any kind of music, you should go listen to more of Louis Armstrong’s performances, because they are super-cool just like this one!”

“Okay, it’s from a reader named Wingedsanya and it says ‘Hi.’

“Hi Wingedsanya!”

“Does it say anything else?”

“Uh huh.”

“Then tell us what it says you doofus!”

“Goofball’s Letters are always the best part of visiting the Band Room.”

“Okay, Wingedsanya wants to know, ‘I was just wondering where i can find the original Ladystar manga. I’ve been searching around on the web, (and a lot of other places too) but so far i’ve had no luck. Do you have any idea where i could find it?’”

“That was Relic of Battle, wasn’t it?”

“That’s the one when Ranko was in a hockey game!”

“The LadyStar manga was called Relic of Battle and it was published in one volume in 2004. It isn’t being published any more, but we still have all the original pages and story.”

“We should make a webcomic from it!”

“That would be pretty cool.”

“It was originally written for four volumes, just like Fury of the Venom Legion was.”
